• Item Eligibility: Only full-priced items can be returned; custom orders, sale items and gift cards are final sale.

• Condition of Items: Returns will not be accepted for items with color, texture variations, or minor imperfections, as these are part of the handmade process. Each item is unique.

• Return Timeline: Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt.

• Original Condition: Items should be returned in their original, saleable condition, including all packaging. We’re not responsible for any damages during transit; non-compliance will result in the item being sent back to you.

• Refund Policy: All refunds will be issued as store credit. Shipping costs and promotional discounts from the original order are not refundable.

• Gift Card Purchases: Items bought with a gift card cannot be refunded in cash; the refund will be made on a gift card.

• Supporting Documentation: we may request images to support your return request.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refunds: All refunds will be made as a store credit.
